Alex was definitely someone that will never be forgotten, his presence always filled the room;  he was so kind and so very funny!  I have so many fond memories of being at the house, Maggie making cookies, Alex would take us to blockbuster (mock our choice of films!). Anna and I loved playing tennis, I remember Alex took us to Eastcote courts and introduced me to the squash court! Although he made it look scary, he made it look fun - went home that day and demanded my parents put me into squash, its helped me keep fit since! I love this quote from Dr. Seuss and is so fitting for your dad; "Don't cry because it's over, Smile because it happened" Nadia Xxx
